What we have built
- PM Agent for Microsoft 365: a request typed in Teams goes to a manager agent, which hands it to Exchange Online or OneDrive agents that write and run the PowerShell and answer back in chat
- AutoApply Agent: reads a CV, scores job openings for fit and applies to the relevant ones on its own, logging every application
- Tenant-to-Tenant Orchestrator: a migration cockpit that runs Microsoft's documented steps and checks every result
Where agents pay off
- Joiner, mover and leaver provisioning across identity and workplace systems
- Service desk triage, routing and guided remediation
- Licence clean-up with the saving attached to each line
- Scheduled cost, capacity and compliance reporting
- Migration preflight checks and failed-item classification
How we build them safely
Every action is logged. Anything that changes a tenant waits for a person to approve it. You get the source, documentation and a run book, and you own the code and the data.
Questions buyers ask
Do we need Copilot licences?
Not necessarily. We pick the platform per job: Make.com, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or custom code on Microsoft Graph and PowerShell.
Can an agent change our tenant on its own?
Only if you want it to. By default, read-only work runs automatically and anything that changes configuration waits for human approval.
How long does a first agent take?
We scope in a week and show a working demo early, so you can steer before it is finished. The timeline is agreed after scoping.
